Today is January 1st 2024, and the official launch of pixelprelu.de! 

     Welcome to pixelprelu.de! Our goal is to provide a large variety of video game arrangements, primarily in the format of MIDI and sheet music. We separate arrangements by arrangement types, such as full instrument, piano; and we also have a knack for trying to make complete game OSTs available, or at least close to complete.

Since it's launch day, I'll write out a short history of how this site came to be.

     I'm dublincalif, the owner of a YouTube channel of the same name. I primarily uploaded piano arrangements of video game music, and offered MIDI downloads of them. I used a link shortening service for the download links, but one day it went down. Since I had to replace the links, I had the idea to make my own website to host my arrangements. That idea spiraled into a web of other ideas, which ultimately brings us to this website today.

     We're launching with library of 40 games to start, totaling to 1438 arrangements. They're not all 100% complete, but most are, and the rest are near. I of course intend on updating this site regularly, so I'll list out the games we're launching with arrangements for:

     I tried to cover many of the classics, while sprinkling in some on the niche side for variety. We're missing a lot of great games and songs, but we hope to expand our catalogue as time passes, in update blogs like these!
